RECE 4 YOUth is the student-led ambassador network of the Romanian Excellence Center in Economics, connecting motivated high-school students across Romania with opportunities in economics, business and finance.

Ambassadors help expand access to free resources, national training and international competitions while developing projects with real impact in their schools and communities.

What Ambassadors Do

-> Represent RECE within their school and local community
-> Promote access to national training, competitions and educational opportunities
-> Develop student-led initiatives in economics, financial literacy and wellbeing
-> Connect motivated students with the wider RECE community

Past student initiatives

• VTM Accounting Challenge

RECE 4 YOUth, in partnership with VTM – Vulpoi & Toader Management, launched the VTM Accounting Challenge, a national initiative designed to introduce high-school students to accounting, finance and real-world business problem-solving.

The challenge is open both to students from economics-focused high schools and to other students interested in developing their financial and analytical skills.

The Team

Bogdan Miheț – Coordinator, RECE 4 YOUth
Bogdan is a high-school student from Bucharest with a strong interest in economics and business. A Gold Award recipient at the International Business Olympiad and Bronze Award recipient at the World Economics Cup in 2025, he founded RECE 4 YOUth to build a nationwide student ambassador network and expand access to international opportunities.

Ioana-Lucia Dobreanu – Vice-Coordinator, RECE 4 YOUth
Ioana is a high-school student from Deva with a strong interest in civic engagement, education and public policy. Through debate, volunteering and youth-led initiatives, she works to expand access to meaningful educational opportunities for students across Romania.
